iConfig Modern
Use your iConnectivity hardware on a current Mac.
Based on the original open-source iConnectivity iConfig 4.2.7 application and maintained by Vaultnaemsae. This is an independent community project, not an official current iConnectivity release.
What you can do
iConfig Modern brings the original iConnectivity iConfig application to current Apple Silicon Macs. It keeps the familiar iConfig interface and device controls while updating the app for modern macOS.
Get started
- Download iConfig Modern for Mac
- Unzip the download
- Move iConfig Modern to your Applications folder
- Open the app and connect your iConnectivity hardware
- Configure your device as you normally would in iConfig
Moving from the original iConfig?
iConfig Modern can be installed alongside the original iConnectivity iConfig without interfering with its settings or presets. If you have presets from the original app, you can import them into iConfig Modern.

Before you use it
- This beta currently supports Apple Silicon Macs only
- Preset Restore is experimental; keep a backup before restoring a complete device configuration
- Firmware updating has not yet been validated
- Hardware testing so far has focused on the iConnectAUDIO4+

iConnectivity names and product names refer to the original software and compatible hardware. iConfig Modern is an independent community-maintained project and is not endorsed by iConnectivity.
