3. Purchases, licensing and bookings

For direct desktop software, Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and licensing where applicable. It may process information needed to complete purchases, issue receipts, manage tax compliance, prevent fraud and deliver license keys.

Apple App Store purchases are handled through Apple. Apple's transaction and refund mechanisms apply to those purchases alongside applicable consumer rights.

Coaching and consultation bookings and applicable payments are handled through Square.

Vaultnaemsae does not directly collect or store your full payment-card details.

These providers may receive and process information needed for their services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Software data

Musical audio and MIDI processed by Vaultnaemsae software is processed locally unless a feature explicitly requires an external service.

Vaultnaemsae does not sell customers' musical audio or MIDI input or use it for advertising, profiling or unrelated purposes.

This describes musical audio and MIDI processing, not licensing, purchases, bookings, website hosting or other external-service interactions.

5. Support communications

If you contact support, we may keep your email and support details so we can respond to your request and keep a record of the issue.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for support.

6. Analytics and website data

If the website or landing page is hosted by a third-party platform, that platform may collect basic technical or analytics information according to its own privacy practices.

This website uses Netlify hosting and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those external-service requests are separate from local musical audio and MIDI processing, and may involve technical information under the providers' own privacy practices.

Vaultnaemsae does not use customer personal data for third-party advertising.

We may share limited information only where necessary to:

• administer direct desktop purchases and licensing through Lemon Squeezy where applicable;
• administer Apple App Store purchases through Apple's transaction mechanisms;
