Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to software, downloads, license keys, documentation, related digital products, and coaching and consultation services provided by Vaultnaemsae.

By downloading, purchasing, installing or using our software, or booking coaching or consultation services, you agree to these Terms.

Free and open-source projects such as LF+ USB Bridge are provided under the licences stated in their repositories. The purchase, activation and restrictive software-licensing conditions below do not override those open-source licences.

1. Products and services

Vaultnaemsae develops and sells digital software products for musicians, producers, MIDI users and music-technology workflows.

Products are provided as digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

Vaultnaemsae also provides online guitar coaching and digital rig consultation.

2. Purchases and payment

For direct desktop software purchases, Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payments, receipts, taxes and licensing where applicable.

Apple App Store products are purchased through Apple. Apple's transaction and refund mechanisms apply alongside applicable consumer rights; Apple transactions are not handled through Lemon Squeezy.

Coaching and consultation bookings and applicable payments are handled through Square, not Lemon Squeezy.

When you purchase software, you may receive a license key or other activation method according to the product and sales channel terms shown at the time of purchase.

Coaching and consultation

Fixed-price coaching and consultation sessions booked online require payment in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable and subject to the full session fee.

3. License

Unless otherwise stated, a software purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software.

You may not:

• resell, share, sublicense or redistribute your license key;
• reverse engineer, modify, copy or repackage the software except where permitted by law;
• use the software to create a competing product based on the same code or assets;
• remove copyright, branding or license notices from the software.

4. Trial versions

Some products may include a free trial period. Trial versions are provided so you can test whether the software works on your system before purchasing.

The availability, duration and conditions of a trial may vary by product.

5. Compatibility

We aim to describe product requirements clearly, including supported operating systems and any relevant compatibility notes.

You are responsible for checking that your system meets the product requirements before purchase. If you are unsure whether the software will work for your setup, please use the free trial where available or contact support before purchasing.

6. Updates

A purchase may include access to updates for the same major version of the software, unless otherwise stated.

We may change, improve or discontinue features over time. We are not required to provide indefinite updates, maintenance or compatibility with future operating-system changes.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests, but response times are not guaranteed.

8. Refunds

Our Refund Policy distinguishes direct desktop software purchases through Lemon Squeezy, Apple App Store purchases, and coaching and consultation through Square.

For direct desktop software purchases, refunds are generally considered where the software does not work as expected on your system and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, as set out in that policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our software or services for unlawful, abusive, harmful or fraudulent purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with licensing, activation, security or delivery systems.

10. Intellectual property

All software, branding, documentation, graphics, text, audio-visual materials and related assets remain the property of Vaultnaemsae or their respective owners.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property. It grants you a license to use the software under these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.

We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, or suitable for every specific workflow.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultnaemsae is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of income, loss of business, or damage arising from use or inability to use the software.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
